Ryan Scully, MD, QME, is a licensed Orthopedic Surgeon who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.

BIO

Ryan Scully, MD, QME, received a Bachelor of Science degree in neurobiology and physiology from the University of Maryland and earned a Doctor of Medicine from George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed an internship in general surgery at Rush University Medical Center, John H. Stroger Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Scully went on to complete an internship and residency at George Washington University School of Medicine.



Dr. Scully is currently an orthopedic surgeon at the United States Navy Medical Corps, the United States Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and at the Veteran’s Administration San Diego Healthcare Systems. Dr. Scully is also an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He belongs to numerous professional associations and societies and has an extensive portfolio of books, publications, presentations, honors, and awards.



Dr. Scully is medically licensed in the states of: California, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
