Thomas Jacques, MD, QME, is a licensed Pain Medicine Physician and Anesthesiologist who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.
BIO
Thomas Jacques, MD, QME, received his undergraduate degree and earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Wisconsin. He completed a residency in anesthesia and fellowship in pain medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he also became the chief resident.
Dr. Jacques is currently a pain management physician and anesthesiologist at The Comprehensive Spine and Sports Center. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the California Society of Anesthesiologists.
