BIO
Susan Marusak, MD, QME, received her bachelors degree in psychology from University of California, Berkeley. She attended Columbia University for post-baccalaureate training and went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University Medical School. She completed an internship and a residency in psychiatry at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, and a fellowship in psychopharmacology and mood disorders at University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Marusak has received numerous honors including America’s Top Psychiatrists Award, Jansen Psychiatry Resident Award of Excellence, Chief Resident Leadership Conference Award and Patients’ Choice Award. Her memberships include American Psychiatric Association, Southern California Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association, and National Association of Professional Women. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
