Pierce Sweeney, DC, QME, is a licensed Chiropractor who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.
BIO
Pierce Sweeney, DC, QME, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology & Kinesiology with an Emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Cornell University. He then earned an additional Bachelor of Arts degree in human anatomy & physiology, a Master’s degree in sports science and rehabilitation, as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University.
Dr. Sweeney has been conducting medical-legal evaluations in Texas since 2017. He has extensive experience evaluating claimants in the Workers’ Compensation system, as well as disability ratings and utilization in regards to personal injury cases. Dr. Sweeney is experienced in evaluating and discussing treatment that is compliant with the California MTUS and ACOEM Guidelines. He is also well-versed in the application of the various methodologies for describing whole person impairment in the AMA Guides, 5th Edition.
