BIO
Micah T. Hoffman, MD, DABPN, FAPA, QME, CIME, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelors degree from the University of Tampa and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. His residency in Psychiatry was completed at the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA, where he was Chief Resident in his last year.
Dr. Hoffman is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is currently an attending physician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Intermountain Healthcare, Wyoming Behavioral Institute, and was recently named the behavioral health medical director for AllMed Healthcare Management. He is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and has been a Qualified Medical Evaluator since 2017.
Dr. Hoffman is medically licensed in California, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming.
