BIO
Kandarp Patel, DO, QME, received a Bachelor of Science degree in cellular and molecular biology and genetics from the University of Maryland, a Master of Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Banner University of Arizona Medical Center and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center/Banner University of Arizona.
Dr. Patel is currently a gastroenterology partner at the Arizona Center for Digestive Health. He is a member of the American Board of Gastroenterology, the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners, and is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Patel has authored several publications and has received numerous honors and awards during his career.
