Emily Todd, MD, PhD, QME, is a licensed Psychiatrist who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.
BIO
Emily Todd, MD, PhD, QME, received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Hope College and a Doctor of Philosophy in molecular neuroscience from Vanderbilt University. She went on to earn a Doctor of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Todd completed a residency in adult psychiatry and a fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
Dr. Todd has received the Hope College Endowed Scholarship, Vanderbilt IGP Director’s Award, Northwestern University Frable Scholarship and the Northwestern University Neymann Scholarship. She has been on the Cal-ACAP Government Affairs Committee since 2014. Dr. Todd currently practices at Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center as a staff child & adolescent psychiatrist, and runs Santa Monica Child Psychiatry, a private practice.
