Divakar Krishnareddy, MD, QME, is a licensed Orthopedic Surgeon who is available for PQMEs, AMEs or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at several locations throughout California.


Divakar Krishnareddy, MD, QME, received his Doctor of Medicine from Andhra Medical College and continued his studies in orthopedic surgery at University of West Indies. His residency in surgery was completed at Misericordia Fordham Hospitals and his residency in orthopedic surgery was completed at Albert Einstein University Hospital. Dr. Krishnareddy completed a fellowship in Spine Surgery at Rancho Amigos Hospital Medical Center an affiliate of USC.

Dr. Krishnareddy has been practicing for over 40 years, and is currently the Chief Orthopedic Surgeon at the Los Angeles Community Hospitals Alta Hospital Group. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Academy of Neurological Orthopedic Surgeons. He has also been an assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Pomona Osteopathic Medical College and at the University of California, Irvine.
