BIO

Bruce Roth, DO, QME, is a board certified adult and child psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Wayne State University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from University of Osteopathic Medicine & Health Services in Des Moines. He completed an internship at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, a residency in adult psychiatry at the University of Michigan Medical Center, and a fellowship in child psychiatry at Wayne State University. He subsequently graduated from the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute as an adult and child psychoanalyst.

Dr. Roth is currently clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He runs a private practice in psychiatry and is also a psychiatric consultant for the U.S. Army TACOM LCMC, employed to determine fitness for secret security clearance. His memberships include American Osteopathic Association, American Psychoanalytic Association, Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute and Society, and Michigan Osteopathic Neuropsychiatric Society.
