BIO
Angela Sureen, MD, QME received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She went on to complete a residency in psychiatry from Kaiser Permanente.
Dr. Sureen is currently the medical director and psychiatrist at Helping Hands and is a physician at Orange County Health Care Agency. Dr. Sureen is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu and has been a qualified medical examiner since 2021.
